Ms. Wagner holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Economics, both from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Universidad Diego Portales and previously served as Director at AFP Provida, Depósito Central de Valores, AFP Cuprum and Casa de Moneda. She was also Undersecretary and Coordinator of the International Area at the Ministry of Finance, Director of Accounting and Finance at the Ministry of Public Works, and Director of Corporate Affairs at MetLife. She joined the Committee in January 2025.
